Excellent communication 😉 The smoke certificate was slightly delayed, but he clearly explained the reason, which put me at ease and made me feel safe. The certificates themselves were prepared to a high professional standard. 4. Outstanding workmanship and responsiveness 👍🏽 One of the electrical sockets wasn’t quite what I expected — a wire was visible at the front. He explained that this was simply the design of that particular socket. I felt it could be improved, and the very next day I found it had already been replaced with a different type.
